Volunteer Application

Must be at least 8 years old to volunteer 

Volunteers under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 

You do not need equine or non profit experience to volunteer 

 

Volunteer duties include the following: 

Daily care of the horses: feeding, mucking, grooming, wound management, rehab of our most critical animals 
Groundskeeping: Repairing fences, mowing, dragging fields, maintaining equipment, landscaping   
Training: Onsite training mainly consists of preparing our horses for our training partners, we will sometimes haveone or two horses to ride, but our primary focus at our main facility is critical care and rehab. We work on halter breaking, basic ground manners, tying, bathing, and standing for the vet and farrier 

Fundraisers: Volunteering at various fundraising events throughout the year.
